Services include primary and preventative care, immunizations, family planning, women's health, well child visits, physicals/sports physicals, lab testing, dental care for all ages, preventative healthcare education, prescription assistance program, referrals to specialists, dental examinations & x-rays, dental treatment/fillings/extractions, chronic disease management, emergency treatment for pain/swelling/broken teeth, psychiatric medication management, on-site social worker consultations, individual, family, and couple mental health counseling, crisis intervention, treatment of anxiety disorders including PTSD, integrative behavioral therapy, stress management, treatment of mood disorders including depression and bipolar disorder, treatment of chronic psychotic illnesses including schizophrenia, substance abuse and addictions treatment, etc.
