We work with students in 7th-12th grade who need help and assistance planning for and preparing to attend college. 2/3rds of the students we serve are first-generation and economically eligible. We met with students at Fort Dodge Middle and High Schools once a month during the school year. Services include: study skills, career assessments, leadership, community service, career exploration, academic advising, life skills, preparation for ACT/SAT testing, college visits, college application process, financial aid, scholarships, etc. Our program is federally funded and there is no charge to the student, their family or the school for our services. A completed application is required to receive our services.
